Team building of the employees once a year has been planned among company's objectives. The purpose of these trainings is to make employees aware that the activities of everyone of them contribute to the image of the company and the implementation of quality objectives.
The 2013 seminar was held at Pomorie Grand Hotel, where the team from the five offices throughout the country had the opportunity to discuss the commercial process and the products, offered by the company. An emphasis was also placed on the quality of the service during major events, which often lack a sufficient number of rented mobile toilets. The training motivates EKOTOI's employees to work even harder.
